Integrating some of the best and most robust frameworks, my team coaching approach focuses on the team members’ collective ability to learn and adapt to their environment and to each other. This ability is built on the necessary presence of certain conditions that have been identified through research done with thousands of high, as well as with not so high, performing teams in all sorts of industries by top practicing scholars from leading institutions in the last few decades. This research has resulted in several models and their application produced a very strong proven-track record of successful diagnostics and enhancement team interventions and I’ve just been recognised as one of the Top Team Coaches by Coach Foundation (October 2022).
