Coaching
My coaching approach is based on the firm belief that there is way more potential than what can be seen in people’s and teams’ present performances. I support my clients in their quest to take control of their destinies by helping them re-connect with themselves and decide what their best versions look like. With the right balance of empathy, compassion and challenge, I then assist them in the definition and self-monitoring of the necessary practical steps to get there.
